Report an adverse event

So if you, or someone you know, have experienced an adverse event (unwanted side effect) when using one of our products, it is vital that you tell us about it as soon as you can.
By reporting an adverse event, you help us ensure the future safety of our customers as we can investigate the event and put things right if we need to.
How to report an adverse event
To report an adverse event to Mölnlycke Health Care, you can:
- click the "Report adverse event" box to the right of this text and fill in the reverse event form
- email your local Customer Services, putting 'Adverse event report' in the email subject line
Please have the original packaging to hand and give us as much detail as you can so that we can investigate the adverse event fully. We will keep any information you give us strictly confidential.
If you are suffering from the event now
If you (or someone you know) are currently suffering from severe side effects, talk to your doctor or other healthcare professional before reporting the adverse event to us. If you require immediate urgent medical attention, please contact your local emergency services.
