Learning to Mölnlycke employees means listening and responding to our customers. When the administrator of a Spanish hospital expressed his frustration over 10% of their scrub suits simply disappearing, Antonio Garcia Paine, one of our Business Development Managers, challenged his team to come up with an innovative solution.  

They decided to convert a standard vending machine into a customised uniform bank. They even developed a special software that identified employees and tracked their scrub suit use. The vending machine is saving the hospital money, returning peace of mind to the administrator, and giving the staff the scrubs they need, when they need them.
