Joint Replacement Surgery

Are you getting the most out of your ProcedurePak® tray for joint surgery?

At Mölnlycke Health Care you can choose from a full range of more than 7,000 components for your custom procedure tray. All ProcedurePak trays comply with the relevant quality and regulatory standards.

To help you get the most out of your ProcedurePak tray for hip, knee and shoulder replacement procedures, Mölnlycke Health Care has added even more components to the range. Joint replacement surgery requires several components with a high potential for standardisation. There are many benefits to having them all in one tray, such as far fewer products to order and store, reduced contamination risk because fewer packages are opened, and a shorter set up time.

Some of the most common components that you may want to include in your ProcedurePak tray for joint surgery:

·  Mepilex® Border

Mepilex® Border with Safetac® technology is a self-adherent absorbent dressing. The dressing is available in large sizes, making it suitable to use following hip surgery.

·  Saw Blades

Mölnlycke Health Care now offers saw blades from Synvasive,

a manufacturer of superior quality blades for several suppliers of hip implants.

·  Light Handle Covers

Mölnlycke Health Care offers easy to drape light handle covers, available in green and purple. The range fits all commonly used surgical lights.

It can be connected to other smoke evacuation systems from Erbe, Valleylab and Megadyne.
