Study summary: Addressing local wound infection with a silver-containing, soft-silicone foam dressing

The results of this study suggest that the signs and symptoms of local wound infection in DFUs can be efficiently resolved via the use of Mepilex® Ag, in combination with proper wound care strategies and, where necessary, systemic antibiotics.
