Patient warming

Visit us at the Euroanaesthesia Congress 2014

By: Mölnlycke Health Care, May 21 2014Posted in: Patient warming

With our continued focus on patient warming, Mölnlycke Health Care will attend the European Anaesthesiology Congress, Euroanaesthesia (ESA) in Stockholm from May 31 to June 2 to drive interest and awareness of patient warming and to highlight the availability and ease-of-use of our solution, the BARRIER® EasyWarm® blanket.

Effective, continuous patient warming  helps to manage the risk of hypothermia. It reduces the number of surgical site infections and other complications, patient anxiety and recovery times. Join us at booth B03:41 to talk about patient warming and how the BARRIER EasyWarm active warming blanket can help you keep your patients warm before, during and after surgery.

The programme for Euroanaesthesia 2014 will contain a variety of educational and scientific content. In addition, about 1000 scientific abstracts will present the latest research in the fields of anaesthesia, intensive care, pain and emergency medicine. Approximately 6,000 delegates will be in attendance with more than 100 exhibitors participating. The traditional Sir Robert Macintosh lecture will be given by Prof. François Clergue from Geneva, Switzerland in recognition of his long-time and outstanding contributions to the field of anaesthesiology. Several research grants will again be awarded to young researchers and participants will get an update on the achievements of the Clinical Trial Network (CTN), which is already well recognised around the world.

Registration for this event has ended.
