Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to all orders for products which you place with us Mölnlycke Health Care AB, (“Mölnlycke”, “we”, “us”) on-line (“Products”), using the website which we operate from the URL: /patient and other URLS from time to time ("Website").

For legal reasons we can only sell items via this Website to individuals aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 you must involve a parent or guardian when placing orders on-line using the Website.

This Website is for use only by individuals who access it from within the European Economic Area. If you choose to access the Website from locations outside this territory you are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent they apply.

Before placing your order, please read carefully these Terms and Conditions and our Legal Notice and other policies we may notify you of. You should print or download copies for your future reference. Together they constitute the entire agreement between us. You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the other terms and conditions referred to above when in the case of on-line orders, you click the "accept" button.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions impinges on your statutory rights either as a consumer or otherwise.

1. How to Order Your Products
Browse our products until you find the item(s) you would like to buy then click the button. You will be taken to your basket where you may view the current list of items selected by yourself. You must provide the country this order is to be shipped to for us to accurately calculate the price of carriage.

When you are ready to complete your order, follow the 4 simple steps and click the which will take you into the highly secure PayPal page where you will provide your credit card details. 2. Payment Methods

3. Price and Tax/VAT

The price for the Products shall be the price set out on the site as the date of the order. VAT is included in the price of the Products. Delivery will be charged in addition, costs of which will be detailed at the time of placing the ofer. Prices will be detailed in £ for UK customers and € for all other customers in the EEA (excluding UK).

4. Delivery

Our aim is to deliver your Products within 3-5 working days if you live in the UK and within 5-7 days anywhere else in Europe. However, please allow up to 30 days for deliveries. Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail. If your order has not arrived please contact us with your order reference and we will provide you with a progress report. You will find your order reference number on the order confirmation email we send you when you placed your order.

The Products ordered by you will be at your risk from the time of delivery, and ownership of them will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of them, including delivery charges if applicable.

We accept orders for Products subject to availability. If for any reason the items you ordered are no longer available we will at our discretion either offer you an alternative Product of equivalent quality and price (where this is possible) or cancel the Product from your order and where payment has already been deducted from your account give you a full refund in respect of that Product.

Any liability of us for non-delivery of the Products shall be limited to replacing the Products within a reasonable time or issuing a credit note against any invoice raised for such Products.

The processing of orders, payment and despatch will be performed on behalf of Molnlycke Health Care by Paton Brown EE Ltd. This will be the name that will appear on your bank / credit card statement.

5. Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving goods without giving a reason and a full refund will be made.

Should you cancel your order, any refund will be sent out to you within 30 days of any returns. We request that you return the goods to us at your own cost. However, if you do not do so, a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the cost of collecting the goods. You must ensure that the goods are returned to us using a recorded delivery service at your cost. The goods must be returned to us in an unused condition within 21 days of receipt. This does not effect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to offer you a replacement product or a full refund. If you choose to take a refund, we will also refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.

To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below.

In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any). Then send the package to the address below:

7. Security Policy

Our payment systems utilises Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology - look out for the padlock. SSL services gives you complete piece of mind when shopping in our productstore. Secure payments are processed through PayPal. We do not store or hold credit card information anywhere on our networks.

8. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with relevant Data Protection Laws).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

Except as explicitly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from these Terms and Conditions.

Liability for content and availability

The Website and the site content are prepared with all reasonable skill and care. However, while we endeavour to ensure that the information contained on or in the Website and the site content is correct, we cannot give any warranty or make any representation of any kind, either express or implied regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability and currency of the website or the site content.

We may make changes to the Website, the site content or to any services, products, prices or fees described in it, at any time without notice.

We do not warrant that the Website, the site content and any function of the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Website, site content or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time you order items using the Website. Changes which we are required to make by law could apply to orders which you have already made. If any of the terms and conditions forming the contract between us are deemed invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason, they will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Sweden, as do we.
