Draping instructions

Draping instructions 

1. Remove the release paper. Position the drape in the middle of the patient (see pictogram).

 Draping instructions 2. Unfold the drape to the lateral sides, first towards yourself.
 Draping instructions 3a. Unfold the drape down towards the patient’s legs.
 Draping instructions 3b. See foot pictogram for draping lithotomy position. Take the corners and then unfold the drape over the stirrups, same on both sides.
 Draping instructions 4. Unfold the upper part of the drape over the anaesthetic frame.
 Draping instructions 5. The draping is finalized. Utilize the hooks and loops to facilitate tubes and cords.

The aperture is framed with an adhesive that easily conforms to the patient’s skin to efficiently seal off the incision area. The drapes come with detachable, cone-shaped surgical instrument pouches with dual adhesives and provide cord management for holding equipment. Two designs are available depending on surgeon’s preference; designs for supine or lithotomy position. Both designs include a generous aperture that provides easy access and freedom to work in the incision area.
