Gothenburg, Sweden. Wednesday 15 April 2026. Mölnlycke Health Care announces today the appointment of Andreas Johansson as Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO), with immediate effect.

Following CFO Guillaume Jouclas appointment as Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Andreas will temporarily move from his current position as Corporate Controller at Mölnlycke to the CFO role, where he will oversee the Finance organisation and Global Business Services. Andreas will in this acting position also be a member of the Mölnlycke Executive Leadership Team.
“Andreas brings strong leadership experience and deep financial expertise from across our four business areas, which will be instrumental when driving both strategic and operational excellence. Together with the team, he will play a key role in advancing our strategy during this time of transition”, says Guillaume Joucla, Interim CEO.
