Mepore se compose : - d’une compresse absorbante avec une couche de contact non adhérente intégrée - d’une bordure adhésive avec un adhésif acrylique à base d’eau. L’adhésif est doux pour la peau et ne contient pas de solvants organiques. La zone adhésive est recouverte de deux feuillets protecteurs superposés permettant une application aseptique - d’un non-tissé externe respirant assurant une protection physique de la plaie.
