The Distributor Portal is intended to provide support to our business partners who seek to establish or improve their internal Business Ethics programs. Mölnlycke requires all business partners to act in a lawful and ethical way. We are committed to conducting business in compliance with applicable laws, industry codes and regulations in every country where we operate.
Our standards
The Business Partner Code of Conduct outlines the minimum requirements for Mölnlycke’s distributors with regards to human rights, working conditions and business ethics. It aims to ensure that distributors comply with rules and regulations, provide safe working conditions for their employees, respect fair business ethics practices, amongst other issues. Distributors are expected to follow the principles and requirements set out in the Business Partner Code of Conduct, and apply and communicate the requirements to their own distributors or other relevant third parties.
