EUR bond issue and tender announcement
Mölnlycke intends to issue a new 10-year EUR bond and launches a tender offer for the outstanding EUR 500m bond due February 2025.
Mölnlycke intends to issue a new 10-year EUR bond under its Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme. The bond will be listed on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. At the same time Mölnlycke invites its holders of the outstanding EUR 500m bond due February 2025 note to tender any and all of their notes for purchase by the company.

Mölnlycke signs a EUR 350 million revolving credit facility
On 28 April 2023, Mölnlycke entered into a new EUR 350 million multicurrency revolving credit facility. The facility has a tenor of five years with two one-year extension options and will be used as a backup for general corporate purposes.
