  1. How the product works

  2. Mepi Press 2 Lite is a two-layer, single-use compression system engineered for patients who require reduced compression therapy due to mixed arterial and venous disease. The system includes: • A white padding bandage made of polyester and elastane with cohesive coating on one side • A brown compression bandage made of polypropylene and elastane with cohesive coating on both sides Both layers feature a printed application indicator that helps clinicians achieve the correct stretch and pressure. When applied in sequence, the system delivers consistent, therapeutic compression that can remain in place for up to seven days, depending on wound condition and exudate levels. The cohesive coatings ensure the bandages adhere to themselves without slipping, eliminating the need for additional fixation. The materials are skin-friendly, comfortable, and compatible with most footwear, supporting patient mobility and adherence to therapy. Features and Benefits: • Two‑layer compression system • Printed stretch indicators for accurate pressure application • Cohesive coating for non‑slip performance • Easy‑tear design, no scissors required • Can be worn for up to seven days • Skin‑friendly materials • Suitable for reduced‑compression needs (ABPI 0.6–0.8) Mepi Press 2 Lite is designed for long-term compression therapy in patients who require reduced compression pressure, specifically: • Mixed etiology leg ulcers (arterial + venous) • Venous insufficiency and venous leg ulcers • Edema caused by various conditions • Patients with an ankle brachial pressure index (ABI) of 0.6–0.8 • Situations where a lower pressure compression system is clinically appropriate
