Mepilex Up

Mepilex Up is a new, innovative foam dressing designed to minimize the risk of leakage, to improve clinical outcomes. The innovative dimpled foam of the dressing improves the capillary action allowing fluids to spread in all directions, even against gravity. These unique spreading properties enable superior exudate management and minimize the risk of maceration and may contribute to long wear time and fewer dressing changes. Mepilex Up has a thin, low profile which makes the dressing highly conformable and easy to use. Despite its slimness, it can manage high volumes of fluids and manage both low- and high-viscous exudates. Mepilex Up can be used on a wide range of exuding wounds, in all wound healing stages.
