Declaration of Compliance

Mölnlycke is committed to conducting business around the world in an ethical way.  Mölnlycke and Mölnlycke Personnel are subject to various Anti-bribery and Anti-Corruption Laws that are applicable to our business.   Those laws are further specified by industry standards such as the AdvaMed Code of Ethics.  Mölnlycke has developed a Comprehensive Compliance Program that is designed to prevent and detect violations and is in accordance with the AdvaMed "Code of Ethics On Interactions with U.S. Health Care Professionals.”

To the best of our knowledge, Mölnlycke has implemented and is in compliance with its Comprehensive Compliance Program and the California Health and Safety Code Chapter 8, §§ 119400-119402.
