Mepilex Border Sacrum es un apósito autoadherente y absorbente diseñado para su uso como parte de un tratamiento profiláctico para prevenir úlceras por presión y minimizar el riesgo de maceración. Para el tratamiento de heridas, mantiene un ambiente húmedo en la herida. La capa externa impermeable protege la herida contra la suciedad y las bacterias. El apósito incorpora una capa de contacto con tecnología Safetac®. Minimiza el dolor del paciente y el traumatismo en las heridas y la piel al retirar el apósito. Composición de Mepilex Border Sacrum: • Capa de contacto con la herida de silicona suave (Safetac) y papel protector. • Cuerpo de absorción flexible de tres capas: un capa de espuma, una capa de expansión de tejido sin tejer y una capa con fibras superabsorbentes. • Film posterior transpirable e impermeable, que actúa como barrera contra los contaminantes externos. Materiales del apósito: Silicona, poliuretano, poliacrilato, algodón, viscosa, poliéster y poliolefina.
