Who is eligible?
People who have diabetes and a hard-to-heal wound, and who are 65 and over, or 50 and over for First Nations people.

Leg Ulcers
Commonly used products:
- Mepilex® Border Flex as a bordered foam dressing to absorb moderate to high levels of wound fluid.
- Granudacyn® Wound Irrigation Solution to cleanse and irrigate the wound.
- Exufiber® / Exufiber Ag+ to absorb excess wound fluid and inactivate a variety of wound-related germs (Ag+ only).
Foot Ulcers
Commonly used products:
- Mepilex Border Flex Lite as a bordered foam dressing to absorb low to moderate levels of wound fluid.
- Granudacyn Wound Irrigation Solution to cleanse and irrigate the wound.
- Exufiber / Exufiber Ag+ to absorb excess wound fluid and inactivate a variety of wound-related germs (Ag+ only).
Pressure Injuries
Commonly used products:
- Exufiber / Exufiber Ag+ to absorb excess wound fluid and inactivate a variety of wound-related germs (Ag+ only).
- Mepilex Border Flex as a bordered foam dressing to absorb moderate to high levels of wound fluid.
- Granudacyn Wound Irrigation Solution to cleanse and irrigate the wound.
Infected Wounds
- Mepilex Ag for infected or at risk wounds with low to moderate amounts of fluid.
- Granudacyn Wound Irrigation Solution to cleanse and irrigate the wound.
- Exufiber / Exufiber Ag+ to absorb excess wound fluid and inactivate a variety of wound-related germs (Ag+ only).
