Gothenburg, Sweden. 23 June 2026. Mölnlycke Health Care (Mölnlycke®), a global leader in MedTech, today announces changes to its Board of Directors. Christian Cederholm will leave his Board assignment, while Filippa Stenberg will take his place as member of the Board. Thomas Kidane will step in as deputy board member.

The changes reflect Mölnlycke’s continued focus on ensuring strong governance and relevant expertise as the company advances its growth journey and works to fulfil its purpose to revolutionise care for people and planet.
“We would like to thank Christian for his valuable contribution to the Mölnlycke Board and welcome Filippa and Thomas in their new roles,” said Karl-Henrik Sundström, Chairman of the Board. “Their experience and perspectives will support Mölnlycke as we continue to develop as a world-leading MedTech company.”
Filippa Stenberg currently serves as Managing Director of Patricia Industries, part of Investor AB, and brings extensive experience in active ownership and healthcare investments. She has served as deputy board member of Mölnlycke since 22 May 2025. Born in 1985, Filippa is a Swedish citizen and holds an M.Sc. in Accounting and Financial Management from the Stockholm School of Economics. Her board assignments include Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB, Affibody Medical AB and Atlas Antibodies AB.
Thomas Kidane will join the Mölnlycke Board as deputy board member. Born in 1986, he is a Swedish citizen and holds an M.Sc. in Accounting and Financial Management from the Stockholm School of Economics. He is Co-Head of Patricia Industries, a member of Investor AB’s Executive Leadership Team, and serves on the boards of Permobil, Piab Group and Fortnox.
