The Mölnlycke Executive Leadership Team defines and implements the company’s corporate strategy and ensures day-to-day management of their operations. The Executive Leadership Team consists of the CEO and ten Executive Vice Presidents who lead our four Business Areas and Corporate Functions.

Fredrik Wallefors

Education: Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Innovation Management
Previous experience: with a wealth of experience in Research and Development, Marketing, and Commercial, Fredrik has held several senior leadership positions at Mölnlycke. Prior to his current role, Fredrik served as the Global Vice President of Commercial OR Solutions.
Katriina Öberg

Previous experience: Head of Operating Room Solutions, Research and development at Mölnlycke 2019–2021. Previously senior global positions in Research and development and Operations at Gambro and Baxter.
