Overview
Melgisorb® Ag is a soft, sterile dressing made from calcium sodium alginate fibres with silver and combines high absorbency with antimicrobial protection. Melgisorb Ag forms a gel on contact with wound fluid and releases silver ions to reduce bacteria and fungi, supporting infection control and wound healing.
