Mepilex Border Ag

Mepilex® Border Ag is a soft silicone foam dressing with silver, intended to be used on infected wounds or wounds at risk of infection with low to moderate amounts of wound fluid such as leg and foot ulcers, pressure injuries and partial-thickness burns. With Safetac® Technology, it adheres gently to the skin without sticking to the wound bed, minimising pain and trauma during dressing changes. This feature is particularly beneficial for patients with sensitive or fragile skin who have acute or hard-to-heal wounds at all healing stages. Mepilex Border Ag provides up to 7 days of antimicrobial protection with silver sulphate, helping reduce odour and infection risk.
