From first cleanse to final dressing.

Step 1: Cleanse with Granudacyn®
The wound should be irrigated thoroughly with Granudacyn® Wound wash solution. Leave for 1-15 minutes as clinically appropriate then debride as clinically appropriate.8 After debridement, irrigate the wound again then ensure the periwound skin is dry.8

Step 2: Cover with your choice of Mölnlycke dressing
Granudacyn® Wound Wash Solution can be used with Mölnlycke Health Care foam dressings1: Mepilex®, Mepilex® Border and Mepilex® Border Flex. The choice of dressing should be determined by the clinician based on the wound assessment and clinical judgment.
