Consistent Compression—Simplified

Engineered for clinical confidence. Designed for workflow efficiency. Built for patient comfort.

Mepi™ Press 2 (40 mmHG) and Mepi™ Press 2 Lite (30 mmHG) are two-layer compression systems that deliver compression therapy for edema and venous diseases.1

The Clinical Challenge

Venous leg ulcers, chronic venous insufficiency, and lower limb edema require sustained, therapeutic compression to support venous return and reduce swelling.

In both Acute and Post-Acute environments, achieving consistent compression levels can be challenging due to application variability, workflow pressures, patient limb shape differences, fragile skin considerations.

Mepi™ Press 2 and Mepi™ Press 2 Lite are designed to help standardize application while supporting effective long-term compression therapy.

Designed for Clinical Precision

  • Mepi™ Press 2 and Mepi™ Press 2 Lite are single-use, non-sterile, multi component compression systems consisting of:

  • Layer 1: White Padding Bandage

    Mepi Press 2 Layer 1

    • Cushions and distributes pressure
    • Protects sensitive skin1
    • Conforms to limb shape
  • Layer 2: Brown Compression Bandage

Mepi Press 2 Layer 2 - Brown Compression Bandage

    • Visual guidance helps reduce application variability
    • Cohesive coating supports secure placement
  • Together, the layers form a compression system that provides optimal pressure distribution, can remain in place for up to 7 days (based on clinical judgment), and does not require additional fixation.1

Mepi Press 2 and Mepi Press 2 Lite are engineered to support efficiency without compromising therapeutic intent.

Supporting Therapeutic Outcomes

When applied according to the IFU with 50% overlap, the system provides consistent, targeted resting pressures—approximately 40 mmHg for Standard and 30 mmHg for Lite—helping ensure reliable therapeutic performance.1

Indicated for:

• Venous leg ulcers
• Chronic venous insufficiency
• Venous edema
• Edema caused by other factors
• Patients with an ABI of 0.8-1.3 for standard and 0.6-0.8 for Lite1
