Mölnlycke achieved an impressive score of 78.9 out of 100 on the Leesman Index, significantly outperforming both the global average and the elite Leesman+ benchmark.
This recognition comes after Mölnlycke’s move to its new global headquarters at GoCo Health Innovation City, a cutting-edge life science hub in Gothenburg, Sweden. The relocation marks a strategic step in Mölnlycke’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and employer excellence, and places the company at the heart of a leading life science cluster that promotes cross-disciplinary partnerships.
“We invested in a new location with the aim to prepare Mölnlycke for the future, with an office conceived to meet the demands of a modern workplace. Our new headquarters was designed to empower collaboration, wellbeing, and innovation – and the strong results from the Leesman survey show we’re delivering on that promise”, says Zlatko Rihter, CEO of Mölnlycke.
Moving the global headquarters to GoCo Health Innovation City reinforces Mölnlycke’s ambition to remain a top employer in the Gothenburg region and globally.
